Welcome to Krap Falls Sauna – a neighborhood sauna!

A self-service, private high quality sauna experience, featuring a cold plunge tub, a garden hose shower, and a cozy lounge.

Book for NOK 150 per person (min. NOK 300). Enjoy 2 hours of peace and warmth – perfect for 2–6 people.

Stamgjest (regular guest) – membership for NOK 99/month and NOK 195 per booking, plus you can bring friends at no extra cost. No lock-in period.

Punch card – 5 private bookings for NOK 1350 (NOK 270 per booking), plus you can bring friends at no extra cost.

• Please sit on a towel
• Enjoy the heat and respect your limits. If you feel dizzy or unwell, retreat to the green lounge.
• Cool off in the cold plunge tub, take a cold shower, or simply catch your breath under the open sky.
• Pour clean water on the heater. Small amounts of sauna-safe essential oils are fine.
• Drink water
• Walk carefully outside – the decking and stairs can be slippery/icy.
• You can enjoy your food and drinks in the green lounge (not inside the sauna).
• Drink responsibly. A glass or two is fine, but excessive alcohol and saunas are a bad combination.
• Leave the sauna clean and tidy, ready for the next guest.

We make sure the sauna is hot when you arrive!

• Before your visit, you will receive an email with the access code for the front door.
• Your session is private for you and your guests.
• Bringing more people than booked? Please pay NOK 150 per extra person via Vipps using the QR code inside the sauna. (This does not apply to regulars/members and punch card holders, who can bring up to 5 guests for free).

Available for purchase/rent in the sauna:

• Towel rental: NOK 50 each
• Bottled water/sparkling water: NOK 25 / NOK 60
• New trial: "Rent" a selection of essential oil sprays for NOK 150

Remember to bring:

• 2 towels (or rent towels)
• Swimwear (if you want to)
• Water bottle (or buy water/sparkling water) with Vipps in the sauna)

Practical Info:

• Toilet: There is no toilet in the sauna building. Please contact us in advance if you need access to one.
• Water facilities: Outdoors, you have access to a garden hose shower and a cold plunge tub.
• Lake swimming: If you fancy a dip in Vansjø lake, the Holmsbu swimming spot is just 210 meters away.
• Location: The sauna is located on our private property. You might meet us and our friendly Labrador, but we respect each other's privacy.

Before you leave, please make it pleasant for the next guest in our self-service sauna:

• Dry and sweep the floor.
• Take trash and empty bottles/cans with you (bins are located by the garage).
• Empty and rinse the cold plunge tub.
• Please vacate the sauna before the next booking starts.
• Lock the door by pressing * on the keypad.
